"Negatives-1. At the end of the day when everyone wants to possibly wash a load of clothes, there was a line and we had to wait until late at night to get one load of clothes washed. It would be nice if there was a washer/dryer on each floor. 2. I can appreciate your policy not allowing the maids to touch personal belongings, but we felt like we had to clean up the room first before it would be thoroughly cleaned by the maid. I don't mind the maids moving toiletries, etc. to clean the ice bucket. That, and a few other things, appeared to be a little extreme.
Positives-Other than these two complaints, we had a wonderful stay at your hotel. We will come back next time we travel to Pigeon Forge."
